School of International Education Holds Graduation Ceremony for 2023 International Students

On the morning of July 1, the School of International Education held a graduation ceremony for the international graduates of 2023 at Ingenuity Academy. Vice President Wei Lin attended the ceremony. Other attendees included teacher representatives, international graduates of 2023 and new international students. A total of 9 language students from Guinea, Togo, Nigeria, Chad, Thailand, Ethiopia and the Republic of Congo graduated successfully.

Before the ceremony, teachers and students watched a promotional video about LVTC. Wei Lin congratulated to the graduates and gave them best wishes. He wished that they would always remain grateful as the student representative Augustin did, they would be passionate and courageous to embrace an unknown future, and that they would pursue their dreams without hesitation.

A person in charge of the Office of International Exchange read out the name list of graduates. The graduates received their long-awaited certificates of graduation, which are lightweight but carry the rich knowledge they had learned in the past year. "Thank LVTC for giving us the opportunity and platform to study and live here in the past year," said Augustin, a student representative from Togo. He thanked the teachers and counselor for their patient instruction and wished the new international students to make good use of the opportunity to learn Chinese and study hard at LVTC.

Sources say that two of the graduates will receive a professional program at a secondary school of LVTC in September this year, and that the rest will embark on their new journeys to learn. I wish these international students to continue their love for Chinese and China in the unknown journeys.
