The signing and unveiling ceremony was attended by Gan Jinming, President of our College, Qu Fan, Vice President, He Zhizhong, Director of the Science and Technology Development and School-Enterprise Cooperation Department, members of the leadership team of the School of Finance and Logistics Management, as well as the representatives of teachers and students. People who also presented at the ceremony were Deputy Director of Liuzhou Education Bureau Wen Jian, Deputy Director of Liuzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Wen Gang, Director of Liuzhou SME Service Center An Jiang, Deputy Director of Liubei District Human Resource Bureau Bao Xiaowei, Chairman of Guangxi Zhongheng Tianxin Enterprise Management Company Limited Tang Shunjun, Deputy General Managers Xia Mo and Qin Zhi.

Gan Jinming made the welcome speech on the ceremony. He pointed out that this time, our College and Guangxi Zhongheng Tianxin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. have jointly built the Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School to create a college-enterprise community with a shared future. For the College, this is not only a boost and support, but also a spur and an opportunity, which will bring a stronger promotion for further reform and innovation, image building and brand creation of our College. The Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School will be the first accounting industry school in vocational colleges in Guangxi. It is another remarkable achievement of Liuzhou Municipality as a national pilot city for the construction of industry-education integration, and another new breakthrough of our College’s work of industry-education integration, collaborative education and open schooling.

It is said by Tang Shunjun in his speech that, taking the approval of Liuzhou Municipality as the first batch of national pilot cities for industry-education integration in 2021 as an opportunity, the enterprise and our College join hands to strengthen the organic connection between education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain. Its goal is building the Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School into a “leader” in the field of finance and taxation service for small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi and one of the model industrial colleges in Guangxi

The leaders and guests attending the ceremony witnessed the signing of the “College-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement of Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School” and jointly unveiled the plaque of Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School.

According to information, the Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School was built with a “Smart Finance and Taxation Public Service Platform for Liuzhou Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”, “Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Virtual Simulation Training Center” and “Financial and Taxation Planning Research Institute”, and was also built with a “three-level linkage” innovation and entrepreneurship training system, which is located in the Guantang campus of Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College, covering an area of 320 square meters. The “Smart Finance and Taxation Public Service Platform for Liuzhou Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” has a strong data foundation and enterprise resources, which can break the barriers between theory and practice, and strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability of enterprise finance and taxation services; the “Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Virtual Simulation Training Center” can solve practical problems of students not being able to practice in the financial positions of enterprises due to the secrecy of financial data through the application of virtual technology in the field of finance and taxation. At the same time, it can introduce financial robots to focus on training students in management skills such as voucher auditing, financial data analysis and application, and provide online bookkeeping services and taxation planning services for small and medium-sized enterprises; the “Financial and Taxation Planning Research Institute” will take the river snail noodle industry as the starting point to gradually expand to other industries, form a number of scientific research results with application value and promote the application; the “three-level linkage” innovation and entrepreneurship training system, including on- and off-campus dual-innovation platforms, on and off-campus dual-innovation mentors, and crowd sourcing spaces, will use its innate advantages in industrial research to adjust dual innovation in a timely manner, and enhance the application of students' innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and achievements in industry.

Based on the high-quality economic development of small, medium and micro enterprises in Guangxi, the Smart Cloud Finance and Taxation Industry School is established as a comprehensive platform integrating the functions of talent cultivation, scientific research and social services, and promotion of dual-innovation achievements, etc., aiming to provide new momentum for the high quality development of regional economy. This move is also an important initiative of our College to closely follow the regional industrial chain and innovation chain, and actively echo the deepening of industry-education integration in Liuzhou as a national pilot city for the industry-education integration.
